Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and security policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company confidentiality.
• Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs with a pleasant attitude.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to reach common goals.
• Use computers efficiently to locate and enter work-related information.
• Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull medium to large objects.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and moving frequently throughout the facility.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a motivated team.
