Dental Dreams is actively interviewing Full-Time and Part-Time dentists for our Edmondson practice in Baltimore, Maryland .

With immediate needs and flexible scheduling options, Edmondson is an excellent opportunity for doctors looking for strong patient flow, excellent earning potential, clinical autonomy, and the ability to build a schedule that works for them.

Our dentists have the opportunity to perform a broad range of comprehensive general dentistry based on their clinical skills and comfort level , while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning.

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

• Average full-time compensation: $300,000–$350,000+

• No production cap

• Full patient schedule from day one

In addition to our Full-Time opportunity, we're looking for Part-Time coverage with availability including Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays .

This can be a great fit for an experienced dentist looking to add days to an existing schedule or a provider looking for greater flexibility.
