Job Description

Location: Portland, Oregon

Please note - candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Portland area. This role is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person attendance for internal meetings at the Portland office.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist !

In this role, you will support the delivery and ongoing operations of HVAC and Heat Pump Water Heater (HWH) programs. You will serve as a key internal coordinator and liaison between distributors, account managers, and internal teams, ensuring program operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with systems and data, and is passionate about supporting trade ally partnerships and operational excellence.

• Serve as the operational point of contact between distributors, account managers, and internal teams to support HVAC and HWH program execution
• Collaborate daily with HVAC distributors and trade allies, addressing payment inquiries, submission issues, and program-related questions
• Support tool rollouts and system enhancements, including participating in UAT testing and helping prepare solutions for release
• Deliver and support training for distributors, trade allies, and account managers on new systems, tools, and validation processes
• Utilize systems of record to pull reports, track program activity, and contribute to quarterly client reporting
• Coordinate closely with incentives processing, data teams, and account management to ensure accurate processing and program performance
• Maintain project trackers and databases, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and smooth operational workflows

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

• Experience in operations, program coordination, or energy efficiency programs, preferably supporting HVAC or trade ally networks
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with data systems, reporting tools, or program tracking platforms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service and responsiveness
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Target Compensation:

$60,000.00

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
