Job Description Job Description Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced bartender to join the team at our restaurant in the Factory. This is a full-time position, with AM availability required on the weekends and PM availability required during the week. Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a growing hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Franklin, and Denver. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential. OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS: * At least one year of experience bartending in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment * Barista experience is a plus! * Must be fully available on nights and weekends * Knowledge and understanding of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items * Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times * Reliability and punctuality * A love for hospitality and desire to move up in this industry WE OFFER: * Hourly wage of $4 per hour, averaging $24 to $28 per hour including tips * Health insurance available after 3 months * A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours * Positive, collaborative work environment * Room for growth within the company Two Hands celebrates unity and diversity.
