About the Content Marketing Manager position We are seeking a fast-paced, highly creative Digital Content Creatorto join our team full-time in Easley, SC. This person will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and publishing compelling photo, video, and written content that aligns with the RSH Decor brand across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, understands design and marketing fundamentals, and can move quickly while staying on-brand, on-message, and on-trend — using the latest tools and AI technologies when appropriate. Responsibilities Work with marketing to plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) Film and edit short-form and long-form video content, product features, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle shoots Create visually compelling graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns and new product launches Write clear, on-brand copy for posts, product highlights, blog entries, and email content Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and engagement Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and content best practices Use AI-powered tools to streamline content creation and ideation when applicable Track content performance and assist in refining strategies based on results Qualifications 2+ years experience in digital content creation, social media, or digital marketing Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, etc.) Experience with graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) Familiarity with social media platforms and native analytics Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of home décor, design, or lifestyle branding Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms Strong time management and project execution abilities Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Canva Magic tools a plus Photography/videography skills are a strong advantage What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Creative opportunity to help build the digital identity of a growing brand A supportive, collaborative team environment Access to beautiful product and creative spaces for content creation Opportunity for growth into a larger brand, marketing, or art leadership role #J-18808-Ljbffr Resort Spa Home Decor Inc.
