About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Information Technology division. This strategic and operational partner will work closely with the CIO and technology leadership team to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. The role is pivotal in executive enablement, strategic execution, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of coordination for the CIO, leading governance for the technology management team, and maintaining a unified visibility of the CIO's strategic agenda. The successful candidate will also be involved in strategic planning, IT strategy execution, and will own the technology-wide people agenda in partnership with HR. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position should have significant experience in a similar role within financial services or technology, with a proven track record of operating at or alongside the C-suite level in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong executive communication skills, a background in technology or engineering organizations, and familiarity with governance frameworks in a regulated financial institution are preferred. The role requires a highly organized individual with sound commercial and strategic judgment, who is comfortable with ambiguity and can drive clarity. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for business operations, including maintaining organizational artifacts, managing administrative processes, and flexing into emerging priorities as the technology agenda evolves.
