Maintenance and Facilities Manager

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join our team in this corporate-level role, overseeing maintenance across 4 sites and 5 business units. This hands-on position covers grounds, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance, and facilitates safety teams across all sites. What You’ll Do Lead general and preventative maintenance programs across all sites Guide and support site-level maintenance teams Read and apply facility prints and layouts Get involved with facility builds, additions, and modifications Participate in equipment selection and sourcing decisions Facilitate safety teams and ensure safety compliance across all sites Travel to other sites quarterly What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in general and preventative maintenance Demonstrated team leadership ability with a founder/owner mentality and servant-leadership style Associate’s degree or equivalent technical school training preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary Quarterly gain-sharing bonuses Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Employment offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen and favorable results of a criminal background check.
