What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Business Intelligence platforms.
• Create and implement visualization standards, themes, and templates to support consistent reporting experiences.
• Build complex data models, advanced calculations, and data flows to support descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics.
• visual design and data storytelling principles to communicate insights, trends, and outliers effectively.
• Partner with data teams to query, structure, and model data for reporting and dashboard development.
• Manage BI report publishing, user access, permissions, and usage monitoring following established best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct testing, gather feedback, and refine reporting solutions.
• Mentor and support team members on visualization best practices, dashboard design standards, and reporting tools.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 9 years of Tactical experience with a minimum of one data visualization tool
• Minimum 9 years of experience designing and developing advanced dashboards/reports and data visualizations
• Minimum 9 years of experience incorporating data storytelling into visualizations
• Minimum 9 years of experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) to analyze, extract, and transform data
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and Business Intelligence

What Sets You Apart: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Tactical experience with multiple data visualization tools
• Knowledge of data management concepts and terminology
• Certification in data storytelling and data visualization tools.
• Expert knowledge of data visualization approaches
