Job Summary We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Office Representative to serve as an important point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting daily office activities. Responsibilities Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Provide information about products, services, and general company activities. Assist customers with routine questions and requests. Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate team members. Support customer engagement and relationship-building activities. Assist with scheduling and routine office coordination. Receive and organize incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain an organized and welcoming front office area. Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and office records. Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable interacting with customers and visitors. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or office support experience is a plus but not required.
