Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - In-Store & Phone

Sherwin Williams

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support our Retail Customer Service & Support team in-store and by phone. In this role you will provide expert product guidance on paints and coatings, process sales and returns, and resolve service issues in both English and Spanish. You will partner with sales associates to support store operations, merchandising, tinting, and inventory checks, building strong customer relationships in a culture that values diversity and #J-18808-Ljbffr Sherwin Williams
