Senior Contract Manager

Managing the preparation and oversight of project agreements, the full-time Senior Contract Manager will work remotely to negotiate terms, facilitate legal reviews, and collaborate with various stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors. Key responsibilities Prepare and manage a variety of project agreements, including Master Service Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements Review and negotiate project agreement terms and conditions while serving as the point of contact for legal reviews Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure compliance and develop payment schedules related to project agreements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or a life science discipline Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry At least 5+ years of contract drafting and negotiation experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently
