RESPONSIBILITIES
A Sample Of What You’ll Do
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to maximize selling time and revenue generation.
Coordinate and service group bookings from contract through departure, ensuring seamless execution of all details and revenue optimization.
Prepare and manage group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations within Hyatt systems.
Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes to ensure clear communication across departments.
At the discretion of the Director of Sales, manage and support a small market segment, including quoting, contracting, and detailing business.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative and operational tasks.
Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
