SVP, Marketing Effectiveness

In this role, you will represent The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in media measurement, adtech/martech, identity solutions, people based marketing, and cross channel analytics. You excel at crafting compelling narratives for new business, have quantitative rigor, understand data activation, and possess the executive presence to work directly with senior clients and internal leaders. We're looking for a high-energy collaborator who is experienced working across complex pieces of business. The candidate is required to have proven experience building strong relationships with both internal teams and clients. With business acumen and client charisma the candidate will navigate and understand the client's culture, business objectives, and media strategy, and will have an appetite for innovation. **Responsibilities** **Requirements** 12+ years relevant Media Analytics experience Communication & Relationship building: Client facing experience within media agencies, manage the analytics business for a portfolio of clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package technical findings in simple terms Very strong interpersonal skills, can collaborate across many functions and build bridges of trust and mutual respect Management & Leadership: Agency departmental leadership ability **Analytics & Data Storytelling**: Analytics experience within integrated or digital communications or media agency preferred Experience with Data Visualization & Storytelling Experience with data sourcing, evaluation, onboarding and integration **Quantitative**: Working knowledge of machine learning, statistical testing, & regression modeling **Qualitative**: Familiarity with attitudinal surveys methods **Ad/MarTech Knowledge**Experience with Ad Tech platforms including, DoubleClick (DBM, DCM) Adobe (Analytics, AMO, AAM) Marin and Prisma Understanding of media and digital reporting tools, familiarity with data sets, tools and vendors including but not limited to IAS, DMPs, Nielsen DAR and other media performance, viewability/valid/on target and audience reporting platforms and tools **Project Management**: Proficiency in a Project/Product Management **The Basics**: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel is required A **highly curious**person with strong problem solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities A **driven and ambitious**leader with the natural ability to get the best out of others . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
