This position is responsible for managing public relations across major social platforms, fostering strategic brand collaborations, overseeing core marketing operations, and supporting the successful launch and expansion restaurants across the United States. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand visibility, ensure consistent messaging, and drive local market growth. I. Marketing-related Duties Public Relations and Social Media Maintenance Lead public relations efforts on popular social media platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, to elevate brand image, foster audience engagement, and drive organic growth. Monitor and respond to public feedback, ensuring the brand maintains a positive and responsive online presence. Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and enhance reach and engagement. Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with seasonal promotions, new menu launches, and store openings. Coordinate influencer outreach and collaborations to expand brand awareness within local markets. Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity remain consistent across all digital platforms. Brand and Media Partnerships Negotiate collaborations with brand agencies, PR firms, and various media outlets in the marketing and PR sectors, aiming to amplify brand reach and create mutually beneficial partnerships. Design co-branding campaigns or events that enhance brand visibility and reach a wider audience. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local media, food writers, community organizations, and event partners. Support press outreach efforts, including drafting press releases and coordinating media coverage for openings and key initiatives. Marketing Operations Execute core marketing strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and target audience segmentation, to optimize brand positioning and messaging. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and platforms. Monitor marketing trends and innovations, recommending new strategies or tools to keep the brand competitive and relevant. Manage marketing budgets, track campaign expenses, and report on ROI and performance outcomes. Coordinate promotional materials (digital and print), including menus, in‑store signage, flyers, and advertisements. Support CRM or customer engagement initiatives, including email marketing or loyalty programs, as applicable. New Restaurant Establishment and Expansion Identify and evaluate potential locations for new restaurant, considering factors such as foot traffic, local demographics, and proximity to competitors. Secure all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for new openings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. Liaise with external vendors like design agencies and construction firms to ensure timely, budget‑friendly, and brand‑consistent setups. Plan and execute grand opening marketing campaigns, including soft openings, promotional events, and local outreach. Conduct post‑opening performance reviews to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Strive for constant improvement by identifying more efficient and cost‑effective approaches in work processes. Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Uphold high ethical standards within the workplace, promoting a respectful and transparent environment. Report any irregularities or problems promptly to other Executives facilitating timely and appropriate solutions. Maintain effective and open communication with co‑workers, and external contacts. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance and professionalism. Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe working area, in line with health and safety guidelines. Support colleagues and other departments as required, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Working Location New York, NY Salary/Benefit 85K~95K+Bonus Qualifications Educational: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality or a related field; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing‑related position, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Certificate/License: N/A Language: English: Business level (writing, speaking, reading) Social Media Expertise: Ability to strategically manage and grow brand presence across major social media platforms. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in brokering deals with agencies, firms, and vendors to ensure favorable terms. Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated knowledge in executing core marketing strategies and operations. Location Analysis: Skilled in assessing and deciding prime restaurant locations considering various factors. Project Management: Effective coordination and oversight of multifaceted projects, ensuring timely completion. Others Tools/Equipment: Computer Systems, Productivity Software, Project Management Tools, Communication Platforms, Video Conferencing Tools. Supervisory: All personnel related to Operations TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Local Yes, occasionally / Domestic/International N/A PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This role involves certain physical demands that are representative of the requirements for successful completion of the job's essential functions. Vision: Ability to see objects clearly. Hearing: Ability to listen to and understand through spoken words. Speech: Ability to speak clearly so other can understand.
