About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pesticide Applicator to join our team in the Agriculture industry. As a Pesticide Applicator, you will be responsible for applying pesticides to crops and ensuring that they are properly treated. You will work closely with our team of farmers and agronomists to ensure that our crops are healthy and free from pests. Your work will be critical to the success of our farm and the quality of our produce.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid pesticide applicator license
• Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to operate and maintain pesticide application equipment
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
• Experience working on a farm or in a similar role
• Experience with integrated pest management techniques
• Ability to identify common pests and diseases affecting crops
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Apply pesticides to crops according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Monitor crops for signs of pests and disease
• Maintain accurate records of pesticide applications and crop conditions
• Collaborate with farmers and agronomists to develop pest management plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
