Supports the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission by: “Helping Families Build Skills for Life” Exemplifies our company values of love, excellence, happiness, family, and courage Adheres to the ethical code provided by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Manages administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines Maintains and completes appropriate documentation to demonstrate maintenance of supervision requirements Manages challenging behavior per treatment plan and collects data to monitor progress Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies Qualifications Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Possess an active RBT Certification or commit to complete RBT Certification Love to collaborate and work in a team-based atmosphere Meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth Hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification Enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
