Civil Litigation Attorney – Plaintiff / Defense Experience: 2+ years We are currently partnering with multiple respected law firms across Los Angeles and throughout California that are actively hiring Civil Litigation Attorneys for hybrid and fully remote opportunities. These firms are seeking attorneys with litigation experience across a variety of practice areas and offer strong compensation, flexibility, career growth, and sophisticated case exposure. Practice Areas: The firm is open to attorneys with experience in areas such as: Business Litigation Employment Litigation Insurance Defense Personal Injury Defense Commercial Litigation Professional Liability Construction Litigation Responsibilities: Manage cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances Develop litigation strategies and evaluate case exposure Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on active matters Qualifications: 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Experience handling litigation matters independently is a plus Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Bonus: The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
