In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for all hotel guests, providing helpful information, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and other front desk transactions accurately.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to help ensure guest needs are met.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and internal communications with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support a safe, clean, and organized front desk or guest services area.
