Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInbound Sales ConsultantVizzaLights | Jacksonville, FLJob Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Base Pay + Commission / Performance IncentivesAbout VizzaLightsVizzaLights is a growing permanent exterior lighting company specializing in professionally installed architectural lighting systems for residential and commercial properties.Our lighting systems allow customers to beautifully illuminate their homes year-round and customize colors for holidays, celebrations, game days, special occasions, and everyday architectural lighting.As we grow, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Inbound Sales Consultant who can turn customer interest into an exceptional buying experience.The PositionThis is primarily an inbound sales position — not traditional cold calling.You'll work with prospective customers who have contacted VizzaLights through our website, advertising, social media, referrals, events, and other marketing channels.Your job is to respond quickly, understand what the customer wants, educate them about VizzaLights, prepare or coordinate estimates, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and ultimately close the sale.We're looking for someone who is personable and consultative but also highly motivated by results.What You'll DoRespond quickly and professionally to inbound leadsSpeak with homeowners and commercial prospects by phone, text, email, and other approved communication channelsEducate customers about VizzaLights products, features, installation, warranties, pricing, and financing optionsQualify prospective customers and identify their needsPrepare or coordinate estimates using company systems and property informationPresent proposals and confidently ask for the saleFollow up consistently with undecided prospectsMaintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRMSchedule installations and coordinate customer handoff to operationsTrack sales activity, conversion rates, follow-ups, and closed businessRe-engage previous inquiries and opportunitiesDeliver an exceptional customer experience from first inquiry through the saleProvide customer feedback and sales insights to management and marketingWhat We're Looking For2+ years of sales experience preferredHome improvement, construction, roofing, solar, landscaping, lighting, HVAC, security, automotive, or other consultative sales experience is a plusExcellent phone and communication skillsConfident presenting pricing and asking for the saleStrong follow-up and organizational skillsComfortable working with CRM and sales technologyAbility to learn technical product informationProfessional, positive, and customer-focusedSelf-motivated and goal-orientedComfortable working in a startup environment where systems will continue to evolveThe Right PersonWe're looking for someone who understands that speed, follow-up, trust, and customer experience drive inbound sales.You should be comfortable taking a customer from:“I'm interested. How much does it cost?”to:“Great — when can you install it?”You don't need to be aggressive.
