At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches. Sounds awesome right?! What You Will Do / Responsibilities Lead, love, and serve — with grace, wisdom, and purpose— in a way that is respectful, professional, and life-giving to others. Teach developmentally appropriate coaching that builds confidence and skill; focus on the right reps, not just the reps. Communicate clearly with children and parents; provide age-appropriate instructions, feedback, and encouragement. Maintain high energy, be comfortable being the center of attention, and use confident body language and positive vibes. Present yourself professionally every day; leave drama and personal distractions at the door. Be punctual, prepared, and demonstrate a healthy lifestyle as a lead by example. Work in a physically intensive environment and assist with moving equipment up to 35 pounds; may cover multiple miles in a shift. Operate as a team player with leadership instincts; be humble, coachable, and open to growth. Thrive in a fast-paced, kid-centered environment and adapt to switching gears quickly while staying upbeat. Qualifications / Requirements You genuinely LOVE kids and can connect with children aged 1 to 11 years old. You are patient, kind, and know how to manage energy and behavior in a fun, supportive way. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to hold a toddler’s attention and have constructive conversations with parents after class. You can give clear instructions, feedback, and encouragement in age-appropriate ways. You perform like a pro with high energy, animation, and comfort being in the spotlight. You take pride in showing up professionally every day and avoiding personal distractions at work. You are punctual, prepared, and take your role seriously. You live a healthy lifestyle and model proper nutrition, movement, and mindset. You are able to work in a physically demanding role and may move equipment and be on the move during classes. You are a team player with leadership instincts and a willingness to grow. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a positive attitude throughout a packed day. You believe in building something bigger than yourself and being part of a mission-driven team. You take pride in every small win as it leads to big outcomes.
