Senior Electrical Project ManagerA well-established local electrical contractor is looking to add an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to their team. The company has a strong backlog of local commercial and industrial projects and is looking for someone who can take ownership of larger and more complex projects.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical construction professional who wants to play a key role with an established local contractor while staying focused on the local market.Responsibilities:Manage large and complex electrical construction projects from start to finishTake ownership of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitabilityLead project planning and executionReview plans, specifications, scopes, and contract requirementsManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentationCoordinate closely with Superintendents, Foremen, customers, General Contractors, and vendorsMonitor project financial performance and costsMaintain strong customer and contractor relationshipsIdentify project risks and develop solutionsProvide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and project teamsEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and profitablyRequirements:8+ years of electrical construction experienceStrong Senior Project Manager experienceExtensive commercial and/or industrial electrical backgroundExperience managing large and complex electrical projectsStrong financial and contract management experienceStrong knowledge of electrical construction methods and practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsWhat's Offered:Competitive salary based on experienceStrong bonus opportunityComprehensive benefits package401(k)Paid time off and holidaysStrong backlog of local projectsEstablished local electrical contractorLong-term advancement opportunityLocal projects with limited travelIf you're an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager looking for a larger role with a strong local contractor, we'd like to hear from you.
