As a Social Media Manager for a boutique indoor cycling fitness studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the studio’s digital presence as it prepares to launch. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, community engagement, and creative content strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social media plan that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and attracts new members. Your work will directly impact the studio’s reputation and growth in a competitive market. Deliverables Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the fitness industry. Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that reflect the studio’s brand and values. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive online community. Collaborate with the studio team to promote classes, events, and special offers. Track analytics and prepare regular reports on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and engagement. Requirements Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced launch environment.
