Company Description Located in Austin, TX, Milestone Brands, LLC is an acquirer and builder of distinctive alcohol beverage brands. Parent company of Dulce Vida Organic Tequila, Empress 1908 Gin, Campo Bravo Tequila, Naranja Orange Liqueur, Dirty Monkey Whiskey and American Born Moonshine and Whiskey. *This role is a full-time onsite position in our Austin, TX headquarters 5x/ week.* Role Responsibilities Implement and monitor paid digital campaigns for Milestone brands, across platforms such as Google, DV360 and YouTube Implement and monitor paid social campaigns for Milestone brands, across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest and TikTok Implement and monitor ecommerce store functionality for Milestone brands, across platforms such as Pear Commerce, Big Thirst, and Pour Now Implement and monitor ecommerce advertising campaigns for Milestone brands, across platforms such as Instacart Assist Digital Media and Brand Marketing Manager in implementing and monitoring internal streaming campaigns for key Milestone brands Be the technical expert on all things paid media, including troubleshooting Offer proactive optimization recommendations and strategy support to Digital Media & Brand Marketing Manager across all paid digital, social and ecommerce initiatives Report out weekly and monthly on KPIs and learnings using various paid social, digital and eCommerce platform tools and additional AI infrastructure to support Provide creative, content and copy suggestions based on ad performance and platform recommendations Attend bi-monthly check-ins with external paid digital (Google, DV360), paid social and ecommerce (Pour Now, Pear, etc.) partners As business needs and technological offerings evolve, keep a pulse on new ideas and offerings that may add positive value to brand strategy and performance Support Digital Media and Brand Marketing Manager with the exploration of new digital opportunities and ad hoc digital/media initiatives Experience and Qualifications Technical proficiency with paid media and digital marketing related platforms as mentioned above a necessity (i.e. Google, DV360, Meta, Pinterest, etc.) Familiarity with integrated eCommerce tools like MikMak, Pear, Shopify Experience working with complex budgets and multiple brand strategies University/college degree in marketing, communications or business, or 1-3 years marketing experience Additional technical education/coursework in select paid digital/social platforms an asset Analytical and data-driven performance mindset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
