PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER Location: Central Indiana Engagement: Contract (W2 or 1099) Onsite: 100% Start Date: ASAP Compensation: W2: ~$130-$140/hr | 1099/C2C: ~$145-$155/hr Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing capital program in Central Indiana. This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning cost management, scheduling, and risk management across a major capital construction program, reporting directly to the Project Director. The ideal candidate brings deep project controls expertise from large, complex capital programs and can translate complex data into clear, actionable reporting for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Own cost management, scheduling, and risk management at a leadership level for the program Translate cost, schedule, and risk data into clear reporting and actionable recommendations for senior project leadership Manage project controls systems including Primavera P6, cost forecasting tools, and Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology Coordinate with construction leads, project engineering, and procurement to maintain schedule integrity and budget control Lead variance analysis, trend reporting, and risk register management Support monthly and weekly project reporting cycles for executive stakeholders Requirements & Qualifications 15+ years of project controls experience on large capital construction programs ($100M+) Direct pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, cost forecasting, and EVM methodology Demonstrated experience reporting directly to senior project or construction leadership Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred PMP or AACE certification a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
