Help Desk Analyst

A Client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Resident Technician to provide onsite desktop and workstation support within a Bank of America corporate environment. This individual will be responsible for maintaining workstation standards, performing basic hardware troubleshooting, managing inventory, and ensuring end‑user workstations remain compliant and operational. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting desktop hardware and peripherals, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer‑service mindset. Required Skills 1-3 years of experience in desktop support, field services, IT support, or a related technical support role. Experience setting up and supporting desktop workstations and peripherals. Comfortable in Excel. Familiarity with thin clients. Monitors. Docking stations. Keyboards and mice. USB peripherals and accessories. Cabling – routing and management. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced corporate environment and can lift, up to 50lbs and unpack and repack boxes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
