Job Description
Title: Interventional Cardiology RN - Outpatient

Schedule:
- Shift: Day shift
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Shift Times: 08:30-17:00

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 32 weeks

Requirements:
- Required License: RN (State license or COMPACT if applicable)
- Required Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as an RN in an outpatient cardiology clinic and triage setting
- Charting: EPIC experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and assist in preparation and recovery for cardiac procedures.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Engage with patients regarding medication management and lifestyle education.
- Conduct telephone triage and coordinate scheduling and referrals as needed.
- Provide support in managing post-procedure complications and anticoagulation assessments.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must provide current RN license (or COMPACT license if applicable)
- Provide proof of required/current certifications (e.g., BLS)
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years (per posting)
- Additional prescreen/onboarding items may be required prior to submission/start
