Quick Facts Location: Boston, MA (55 Fruit Street) Start Date: 11/11/2026 End Date: 05/12/2027 Shift: 3x13-hour shifts (6:00 am – 7:00 pm) Hours/week: 39 hours Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: MA License (or PA license with approval), ACLS, BLS, DEA Experience: 2+ years in critical care ICU Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $97.48 per hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do Collaborate with a team to respond to ICU patients requiring critical care Support staff and supervision in a teaching hospital environment Complete patient rounds with attending physicians in the morning and afternoon Respond to patient needs promptly and efficiently Contribute to patient care management for adult ICU patients, including those with burns Document patient care using Epic EMR software Support the ICU team with bread-and-butter critical care procedures, while avoiding complex interventions such as intubations or neurostrokes What You Need Required: Active MA or PA license (PA license must be obtained before start; MA license preferred) 2+ years of critical care ICU experience Board Certification in Acute Care ACLS, BLS certification DEA license Preferred: Local candidates with ability to stay in town Experience with adult ICU patients and responding clinician roles About the Assignment Join a top-tier teaching hospital in Boston offering a fast-paced ICU environment with an average patient census of 7.
