Dervati is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support 2nd and 3rd shift in a hands-on manufacturing setting in Wisconsin. You’ll lead safety training in English and Spanish, oversee timekeeping and payroll, onboard new hires, and coach supervisors to develop teams on the floor. Ideal candidates have HR or business degrees, AS/SHRM credentials, and ADP Workforce Now experience.
