Job Title and Location

The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Rochester, IL.

Practice Highlights

Well established, growing practice
Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
100% Outpatient Practice
Strong support staff provided
EPIC EMR

Position Requirements

Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
Board Certified or Board Eligibility

Compensation & Benefits

2 year base guarantee
Sign‑on bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance available
Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency
20 days off + 6 holidays per year
CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year
Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonuses

Visa Status

Able to support H1B visa, unable to support J1 visas.

Pay Range

$320,106 - $390,656

Qualifications

Clinical doctorate required
Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients required
Licensed physician in the state of practice required
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to specialty
Successfully completed, or in process of completing, an accredited residency program required
Board certified or board eligible
