Requirements Job ID: 3163081 Position Details MD: Location: RGH Genesee Valley Derm with possible float Support to Clifton Springs Start: 6/1/26 or as soon as credentialed Shift: M-F 8a-4:30p BLS required Board Certified HIGHLY preferred Patient load per day: 25-35 ppd Must have 3 years of recent experience Must have recent EPIC experience NY License in hand 1 support staff LPN RN MA for every 12 patients. Notes: Patient volumes typically 25-35 per day open to flexible scheduling support Clifton Springs Dermatology primary office Genesee Valley Dermatology. If the provider has experience and would like to perform minor surgeries that's an option as well. Depending on the number of patients provider will typically have 1 support staff LPN RN MA for every 12 patients. NY License in Hand Epic Experience Required Must be Board Certified Ensure that the work history is up to date Ensure there are no gaps of 30 days If malpractice is involved dismissed or not we need a physician statement Please always include email phone for the candidate Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
