QA-QC Mechanical AssemblersLocation: Flower Mound, TXSchedule: 7am-3:30pm Mon-FriPay: $23About the RoleWe are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers with QA/QC experience and Voltage Testing background to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, electrical testing, and quality inspection processes in a manufacturing or production environment.This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings and work instructionsConduct voltage testing and quality inspections on assembled unitsVerify product compliance with specifications and quality standardsUtilize hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measurement instrumentsDocument test results and inspection records accuratelyTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during assembly and testMaintain clean and organized work area following safety protocolsCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teamsQualificationsExperience in Mechanical Assembly or manufacturingQA/QC inspection or testing experienceHigh-voltage or electrical testing exposureAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and SOPsProficient with hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail, quality, and safetyAbility to stand, lift, and work in a production environmentPreferred (not required):Experience in electronics, electrical assembly, or power systemsIPC or similar industry certificationsBasic computer/data entry skillsWhy Join UsBecome part of a fast-growing team supporting cutting-edge electrical and mechanical technologies.
