Position Overview: We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support full-cycle hiring across mission support, healthcare, IT and operations roles in a GovCon environment. The successful applicant will leverage Ibility's Lever Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create requisitions, manage pipelines, schedule interviews, and produce accurate reports. They will also perform initial candidate phone screens, source proactively through a variety of means, and develop and nurture a pipeline of candidates for future projects and proposals (including contingent staffing). #J-18808-Ljbffr Ibility LLC
