Location: Lithia Springs, GA Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Overview ResMed is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Inventory Coordinator / Forklift Driver to join our warehouse operations team in Lithia Springs, GA. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, inventory verification, and warehouse organization while operating forklifts and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, experience using RF scanners, and the ability to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, or stock pickers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform accurate inventory counts of finished goods at both ground and elevated warehouse locations Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to record inventory transactions Verify inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies Operate forklifts, reach lifts, and stock pickers safely and efficiently Assist with inventory rotation and product consolidation to maximize warehouse space utilization Retrieve and relocate products as neededMaintain inventory accuracy standards Follow all warehouse safety procedures and identify potential hazards Work independently and collaboratively with team members Perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned Requirements Must Have High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred) Forklift, reach truck, or stock picker operating experience Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to accurately count inventory and verify quantities Basic computer and clerical skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds occasionally Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Nice to Have 6+ months of experience using RF scanners or inventory management systems Previous warehouse inventory control or cycle counting experience Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Career growth and advancement opportunities Inclusive and diverse workplace culture Comprehensive training and development programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
