TA Systems & Operations Specialist

AbbVie seeks a TA Systems & Operations Specialist to support talent acquisition technology execution, optimization, and continuous improvement. The role combines systems coordination, operational analytics, workflow automation, and knowledge management to drive data-driven decision-making and service delivery enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support enhancements across TA technology platforms including ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, and Workday
- Develop operational reports and dashboards to analyze ticket volumes, service-level performance, and workflow effectiveness
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities; partner with IT and process teams on implementation
- Investigate recurring operational issues and translate data findings into actionable business insights
- Maintain knowledge management systems and support AI-enabled service-delivery initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- 3+ years in business operations, systems analysis, reporting, HR technology, or process improvement
- Experience generating reports, analyzing operational data, and identifying trends
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation
- Experience with enterprise systems, workflow platforms, or service-management technologies
- Ability to document business requirements and communicate findings to stakeholders
