Controller (Construction)

Currently recruiting for a Controller at an exciting, growing construction company, based in Irvine. If you have 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, construction industry experience, and want to be a part of a growing team, apply today Job Responsibilities: Oversee general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, payroll, cost accounting) Prepare and manage WIP schedule Manage the bi-weekly payroll processing Prepare/manage cash flow Prepare financial statements and analyze for accuracy and compliance Prepare and review job cost reports Managed fixed asset schedule Assist with sales and use tax filings Oversee AR and billings, as well as credit card program and reconciliation Supervise accounting team Develop and maintain financial controls Work with project managers and senior management Qualifications: 7 years progressive accounting experience Construction industry experience REQUIRED Strong Excel Experience with Sage Intact, Procore, Miter, Bill.com preferred!
