The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, driving accuracy in financial reporting, and aligning financial strategies with the organization's growth objectives. This role involves enhancing ERP systems, mentoring a high-performing accounting team, and providing technical accounting expertise for complex contracts and policy implementations. The VP Controller will also support M&A integration and restructuring initiatives with strategic financial insights and ensure the timely preparation and submission of financial statements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA certification, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards is required, with multi-entity experience being preferred. The role demands proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and a proven track record in managing audits and enhancing accounting processes.
