As we move into a growth phase, PT ReVolution is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and teachable Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team of professionals. Our mission goes beyond offering patients a better life through treatment. We hire PTAs eager to use their existing skills and add to them by learning our proprietary treatments. Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Help the PT in all aspects of patient care
• Under the guidance of the PT, perform therapy techniques/exercises
• Measure and track patient progress, informing PT of all changes
• Provide patients with needed continued care information
• Assist the Physical Therapist in patient handling, treatment, and management
• Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by Physical Therapist
• Keep Physical Therapist up to date on changes in patient progress
• Help measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Educate the patient on continuing care
• Other duties as assigned
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Successful Candidates Must Have :

• Valid Texas PTA License preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Empathy and compassion to provide emotional support to patients during their rehabilitation journey
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients and treatment plans simultaneously
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and use all physical therapy modalities
• 1 year of experience is preferred, but we happily work with new graduates and those still studying to enter the field
