Associate Roving Personal Banker

Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geographic area Cover banker and teller absences and temporarily fill open positions as needed Adapt to new branch environments, teams, and customer needs while maintaining service quality and bank standards Build customer relationships through proactive conversations and outreach Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs Connect customers with relevant banking products, services, and solutions Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and make appropriate referrals to meet customer and business goals Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications Perform cash handling and teller line activities Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and operational standards Use digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls Coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers or other specialists Support branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities Requirements 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated customer-facing role Experience building trust-based customer relationships through active listening, follow-up, and consistent engagement Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels Comfort with digital tools and technology and ability to quickly learn new systems Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners Ability to follow policies and regulations while identifying and escalating risk concerns Ability to travel 100% of the time within assigned geography Ability to commute to assigned branch location(s) for the duration of the assignment Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays SAFE registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo will initiate the process after the start date Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer relationship management and financial services, with a strong ability to connect customer needs to appropriate banking solutions while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
