Accounts Payable Specialist - Legal / Professional Services
Location: Columbia, SC
Pay: Competitive Compensation + Benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time | On-Site

Our client is a well-established professional services organization with a strong reputation for supporting corporate, business, and governmental clients. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their Columbia, SC office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Process and verify vendor invoices
Execute timely payments and maintain accurate records
Handle banking and cash receipt responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships and inquiries
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end accounting support
Work in a collaborative and professional office environment

What you need to succeed:

Associate's degree in Accounting preferred or 5+ years of equivalent experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and strong work ethic
