What You’ll Do As a Recovery Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Providing encouragement and support to residents as they navigate their treatment plans. Assisting residents in developing independent living skills and healthy routines. Monitoring and maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured environment. Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure residents’ needs are met. Upholding the values and mission of Patrick Henry House in all interactions.
