Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design bespoke therapy plans that help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to enhance motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide training on therapy methodologies to empower patients and caregivers for continuous progress at home
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
