Fitness Advisor/Membership Sales Workout Anytime is a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week fitness concept with over 190 units across the US and abroad. Our vision is to reshape the fitness community where everybody aspires to be the best they can be. We're building a great team to support presales in our Carrollton, TX location. Job Purpose: The Fitness Advisor/Membership Sales role involves engaging with teammates to drive all Workout Anytime system initiatives, maximizing marketing efforts, enhancing brand awareness, implementing promotions to increase customer traffic, and building membership sales. Job Description: This sales position focuses on obtaining new club memberships primarily through calling leads generated via marketing activities, cold calling prospects, conducting club tours, and contests. Successful sales representatives must quickly identify potential members' needs and use solution-selling techniques to close sales. They should be able to present tailored solutions using the club's products and services. Team cooperation is essential. Specific performance objectives include: Calling all leads effectively Planning each sales day Conducting effective club tours Becoming a product expert Providing excellent customer service Assisting in local marketing efforts Maintaining a clean and healthy environment Physical Demands: The physical demands are representative of those required to perform essential functions. Job Details: Type: Part-time Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends available, holidays Compensation: Bonus and commission pay Location: In person Key Responsibilities: Manage pre-sale activities for Carrollton location Maximize marketing efforts and brand awareness Develop understanding of local lead generation initiatives Engage in community events as a brand ambassador Stay informed on fitness trends and regulations Drive sales for new location opening through grassroots and digital channels Analyze performance and develop strategies with leadership Exceed sales goals Participate in networking and chamber events Qualifications: Proven sales-driven with a track record of growth Excellent closing skills Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Experience in training sales teams is a plus Knowledge of the fitness industry Organizational skills and community service attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Passion for health and fitness is a plus Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required Workout Anytime Carrollton seeks energetic, enthusiastic individuals passionate about health and fitness to join our team.
