WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support quality engineers in daily activities related to production, product quality, and process improvement. Assist with quality inspections, data collection, and measurement analysis to ensure product conformance. Participate in root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities. Help maintain and improve quality documentation, including inspection procedures, control plans, and work instructions. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements. Conduct statistical analysis of quality metrics and assist in reporting trends. Support internal audits and preparation for customer or regulatory audits. Learn and utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to solve problems and optimize processes. Work on special projects assigned by quality leadership, with an emphasis on learning and practical application. Location Danboro, PA Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field). Strong interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and quality assurance. Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with statistical tools a plus
