Who you are 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years hiring sales/GTM roles at a SaaS or tech company A passion for creative sourcing and relationship-building, with demonstrated success engaging and nurturing passive candidates Experience contributing to hiring processes that assess the quality and suitability of sales talent Interest and flexibility to support hiring beyond the sales remit when needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously A habit of staying current on talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices Experience working with data to inform decisions and identify trends Experience contributing to or owning TA projects AI Aptitude: A genuine curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter and more effectively, paired with a drive to learn and put them into practice in your role Experience in a global environment (international hiring experience) Experience hiring within ecommerce/MarTech SaaS selling mission-critical products What the job involves As a Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM), you'll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and own full-cycle recruiting with a cross-functional remit You'll partner with hiring managers and GTM leaders to deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and data-driven hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders While this role maintains a generalist foundation, your primary focus will be GTM/Enterprise Sales hiring You’ll help scale our GTM organization by building and nurturing pipelines of enterprise sales talent, so we’re always ahead of demand Based in our Boston Office, you'll work closely with GTM leadership and the People Business Partner for GTM, gaining visibility into company strategy, org design, and headcount planning while growing your impact across the business Own full-cycle recruiting across commercetools, from role intake through offer and close Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, search strategy, and data-driven feedback throughout the hiring process Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, creative sourcing techniques, and relationship-based networking Develop a network of enterprise sales talent through proactive pipelining and ongoing engagement, and help build and maintain target company maps and talent pools Run outbound-heavy searches for enterprise AEs, SEs, CSMs, and GTM roles.
