Sales Executive / Market Advisor
Motus Freight is seeking a high-energy, driven, and sales-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Executive / Market Advisor. This is a true hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing a book of business. We pay for talent & experience.
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY (PREFERRED REGIONS): We are actively targeting candidates located in or near:
- Columbus, OH
- Lexington, KY
- Indianapolis, IN
- Greater Cincinnati, OH area (within ~200-mile radius)
Candidates in surrounding markets with strong freight brokerage experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting
- Convert leads into active customers and build a strong, profitable book of business
- Collaborate with a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of freight brokerage (3PL) sales experience (required)
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
