Position Overview Registered Nurse position on the IMCU at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth. Schedule and Compensation 13-week commitment (1 week orientation, 12 weeks on the unit) 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week) Rate: $51 per hour plus shift differentials Completion bonus: $1,500 Unit Details The IMCU provides acute care to patients with cardiac, nephrology, hepatology, and neurology conditions. The unit is fast-paced, the largest single unit at All Saints, and offers exposure to a variety of patients and disease processes. Patient population: Cardiac, Nephrology, Hepatology, Neurology RN nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3 or 1:4 Clinical support to patient ratio: 1:14–16 Number of beds: 32 Benefits Competitive pay, including an RN bonus program. Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele experience. ICU/PCU experience preferred. Valid RN license. BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
