Industrial Laboratory Technician

Our client, a leader in industrial research and development, is seeking an Industrial Laboratory Technicianto join their team. As an Industrial Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the R&D department supporting innovative product development and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Industrial Laboratory Technician Location: Maplewood, Minnesota 100% onsite Pay Range: $18 to $25 p/h on w-2 Duration: 12 month contract What's the Job? Perform technical activities related to R&D and material testing on a program basis under moderate supervision. Initiate and complete technical activities leading to the development of new or improved test methods. Establish and maintain a network of support to facilitate the completion of assignments. Document experimental data and observations accurately in electronic formats and prepare reports as needed. Support routine sample preparation, analysis, chemical inventory management, and instrument calibration and maintenance. What's Needed? BA/BS degree in chemistry or related field with 3+ years of industrial laboratory experience. Proficiency in Titration, Inductively Coupled Plasma, and Ion Chromatography techniques. Experience in sample preparation, including stock solutions, standards, dilutions, and pipetting accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
