The Opportunity This is one of those rare corporate recruiting roles where you'll have a genuine seat at the table. Working closely with our Chief Human Resource Officer and Director of Executive Recruiting, you'll recruit the talent that drives our business while serving as a trusted recruiting partner to Vice Presidents, directors, and hiring leaders across the organization. This is a true full‑cycle recruiting role. You'll own your searches from intake meeting through accepted offer—developing sourcing strategies, identifying passive talent, interviewing candidates, advising hiring managers, negotiating offers, and closing exceptional hires. You'll carry a full recruiting desk and be expected to recruit, not simply manage a hiring process. Because this role partners closely with business leaders every day, it is based onsite at our Global Headquarters in Idaho Falls. The collaboration, visibility, and relationships you'll build simply can't be replicated in a remote environment. What You'll Do Lead full‑cycle recruiting for professional and management‑level positions across multiple corporate functions. Develop creative sourcing strategies that identify and attract high‑performing passive candidates. Partner with Vice Presidents, directors, and hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective recruiting strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process by providing market insights, interview guidance, and talent recommendations. Build long‑term talent pipelines through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Melaleuca brand and culture. What We're Looking For Seven or more years of successful full‑cycle recruiting experience recruiting professional and exempt talent. Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates in competitive talent markets. Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing hiring decisions. Strong consultative, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. Must be able to relocate to Idaho Falls, ID. Why Idaho Falls?
