Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Our client is a growing healthcare company located in Bloomington, IL. They are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team. The LCSW will work with individuals and families to provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling services for a range of mental health and behavioral issues. The LCSW will also work with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for their clients.Job requirements:Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and adhering to ethical standards.Strong clinical assessment and diagnosis skillsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' needs-- utilizing various therapeutic strategies and interventions.Provide individual, group, and family therapy to address mental health and behavioral issues.Provide immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing crises or emergencies.Coordinate and manage clients' care, including connecting them with necessary resources and services.Works with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.Advocate for clients' rights and needs.Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Familiarity with local and regional resources for mental health and substance abuse treatment.Qualifications/ Experience:Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited programLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois3+ years of experience in clinical social work
