Automotive Service Advisor
Tradition Automotive Group | Multiple Opportunities Across 3 Rooftops
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000+ per year Tradition Automotive Group is growing—and opportunities don’t come around often. With three dealership locations and multiple service advisor openings, we’re looking for experienced automotive professionals who know how to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximizing opportunity in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up through delivery Build trust and provide a professional, transparent ownership experience Accurately document customer concerns and communicate effectively with technicians Manage repair orders, maintenance recommendations, and follow-up communication Maintain strong CSI while balancing service lane performance and profitability Deliver a premium experience that drives customer retention and loyalty

Job Requirement:What We’re Looking For: Automotive Service Advisor experience required Fluent in Dealertrack (required) Experience with Xtime strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a high-volume service drive Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Customer-first mindset with the ability to create long-term relationships Track record of delivering both strong guest satisfaction and results Why Tradition Automotive Group?
